How to Accept or Reject Tenant Applications on Tenalet

How to accept and decline an application

InfoReview applications in your dashboard under Screening, then use the Actions menu to accept, accept on condition, or deny applicants with automated notification letters.
Once the applicant submits their application, you will be able to accept/decline in your dashboard.

Steps
1. Go to your dashboard and select Screening. You'll see applications and their statuses from different applicants.
2. In the Actions column, click the three-dot icon.
3. Select one of the following options:
  1. Accept application
  2. Accept on condition
  3. Deny application
Idea
Click on the applicant's name to view their full application and screening reports.

Accepting applicants

When accepting applicants, an automated acceptance letter will be generated.

a. Select Accept Application, and then preview the welcome letter.
b. Click the Send Letter button below. After that, an email will be sent directly to your applicant.

Accepting  on condition 

Use this option when you want to accept the applicant but require them to meet certain conditions first.


a. Select Accept on Condition from the Actions menu and choose the specific conditions in the provided field. 
b. Click Next and preview the conditional welcome letter, and then click Send Letter.
The applicant will receive an email with the letter.

Declining an applicant

a. Select Decline Application from the Actions menu
b. Once selected, you can optionally choose the reasons for your actions, and then preview the rejection letter
c. After that, click Send Letter.
